The first time using one of the pots I made this delicious soup of vegetables, beans and noodles. I have renewed my pots and the choice fell on these from Mulex with a fine pastel color
Season with salt and white pepper. Garnish with garden cress or other sprouts (optional). Use an immersion blender or high-speed blender to purée the soup
½ cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed out with paper towels. Lightly sprinkle one side of zucchini with salt, then flip, and sprinkle with remaining salt
