The first time using one of the pots I made this delicious soup of vegetables, beans and noodles. I have renewed my pots and the choice fell on these from Mulex with a fine pastel color
Pour the sauce (with tomatoes, onions and garlic) ingredients from the pan onto the plated mussels. Heat the butter on medium high, in a large, deep and wide pan
Blitz the soupwith a stick blender until smooth. Adjust the seasoning to taste, then serve with a dollop of yogurt, a scattering of coriander and croutons if liked
Add pasta, lentils and zucchini in a oven safe form and spice with salt, pepper and fresh chives. Pasta Gratin with Zucchini and Red Lentils (approx 4 servings). 5 dl (1/2 cup) red lentils. Chop up the mushroom and finely chop up an onion and sauté in a soup pan in bit of oil. If you have a soup maker go to the soup maker recipe, if not continue down to the blender soup recipe
Blend the soup in a blender, food processor or with a hand mixer and then warm it up again. During winter I love warm soups (even if this winter has not been so cold)
