  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon coarse sea salt (I used Jacobson)
  • 1 large butternut squash, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • Small handful cilantro and mint leaves
  • Lime wedges to serve

  • ¼ cup coconut cream*
  • ½ avocado
  • Good pinch of powdered ginger
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1 +1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Zest ½ lime
