  • 1 garlic clove, grated

  • 1 cup rolled rye flakes
  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour

  • 1/2 cup unflavoured coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp tamari

  • 50 g walnuts, shelled
  • 1 Butternut pumpkin, peeled deseeded and wedged
