Ingredienser

  • 2 cups (approx. 500 ml) almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1 avocado (banana works too, but I like avocado better)
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (or 1/2 vanilla pod seeds scraped out)
  • 1-2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • sea salt
  • 250 g raspberries (thawed if using frozen)
  • 1 small chioggia beet, scrubbed and thinly sliced (a mandolin is of good use here)
  • 6 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 4 spring onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp rape seed oil or olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 250 g fresh cod
  • 1-2 tsp sea salt
