Cut rice paper into thick strips,by laying two sheets on top of one another. Use a large, very sharp knife to cut the sheets into strips by placing the blade onto the paper and pressing firmly
Transfer to bowl with infused oil, season to taste with a little more salt and pepper, and tossto coat, shaking bowl roughly, until a thick layer of mashed potato–like paste has built up on the potato chunks
Fördela ut smeten i muffinsformar som du lagt i en muffinsplåt, jämna till toppen något. Fördela ut kaksmulorna/degen i ca 10 st normalstora muffinsformar. Stoppa in i frysen och låt stå i ca 3-4 timmar
