I love to have a Danish rye bread or some kind of sour dough (preferably spelt or rye) on hand for my daily avocado toasts, but most often I buy it at my local bakery
After a long time off, for celebrating Easter in Åre, and a nasty cold that I got just before the journey, I’m now charged with new energy and longing for the barbecue season
One thing that I didn’t think of before starting to blog was how much greater every meal naturally tastes just by setting the table nicely and plating the food even more beautifully
A favorite place of mine, unfortunately too far off to visit every week though. After all they’re from the same family of vegetables (read this book to find out all about our most common veg and their families) and would make a wonderfully crunchy salad with fresh flavors
Fry the mushrooms in olive oil, mix with remaining ingredients andwith a bit of ingefärsdippen. Pick the leaves of mint andcorianderand rinse the lettuce
And in the freezer I found a packet of frozen edamame beans. Over the weekend we were blessed with a couple of days with snow and beautiful winter weather
