soba noodles or rice noodles or your choice of pasta
½ Onion,
chopped
8 oz
of organic diced tomatoes
1 tbsp
tomato Concentrate
2 Garlic
cloves
½ cup
of fresh Basil, chopped
Black pepper
1/3 glass
jar of chickpeas or canned
1 tsp
lin seed
1 tsp
almond flakes
Beskrivning
Simply blend all tomato sause ingredients together in your food processor.
Add your tomato sauce to your pasta
add in the chickpeas (drained)
Add the seeds (lin/pumpkin) & almond flakes (or pistachios if you prefer)
Finally mix it all together and top it off with some fresh basil
wild caught salmon, zucchini noodles with a creamy basil avocado sauce. For the zoodles, I keep them plain because I mix in the the basil avocado sauce as they are just about finished cooking in the sauce pan and let the sauce just soak in
While pasta is cooking, add sunflower seeds, oil, crushed tomatoes, tomato purée, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and basil in a high-speed blender or a food processor
