  • About 1/4th cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2/3 cups raw oats
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free almond butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened applesauce
