Mussels In Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce
Melt the Butter. Add oil in a skillet/pot. Mix in the lemon juice. Let the mussels cook for a few minutes. Saute the onion for 2 minutes. Add garlic and chilli flakes and cook for another 30 seconds. Add the chicken stock and simmer for about 5 minutes. 2 tbsp butter. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup whipping cream
