Except from it tasting absolutely delicious, it smells SO good. Basil is something I really like. Maybe because it reminds me of the Barilla Tomato and Basil Sauce that I’ve eaten so many times that I would never be able to count them (still the best tomato sauce out there)
One 13. 5-ounce can of full-fat, unsweetened coconut milk. 2 ounces (approximately ¼ cup) of Thai red (mom’s preference and mine too) or Massaman curry paste (milder but flavorful)
