  • 3-4 msk sötsur sås
  • 1 msk vitlökskrydda
  • 2 msk mango
  • 1 kg chicken
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 3-4 tbsp sweet and sour sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons mango / curry spice
  • Chili to taste
  • ** Salt and pepper
  • Oatly (oat based cooking cream, you can also replace with regular cream)
  • Chopped bell peppers (about 2)
  • 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum (a thickener that is gluten-free)
