For breakfast you can eat quark/greek yoghurt and add fruit / berries, eggomelettes where you can add veggies, pancakes (I have lot of recipes here on the blog without gluten, the easiest is banana pancakes - one banana and two eggs), smoothies, yes there are lots of breakfasts that are healthy but doesn't contain gluten and is also great for weight loss
Chocolate chia pudding is one of my favorite breakfasts right now, but this could be served equally well as a snack during the day or as a healthier dessert
