  • Kör allt i din blender.
  • I am doing a three day cleanse right now so I made a delicious smoothie for breakfast. Tasted a little like strawberry milkshake.
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 dl (1/2 cup) of frozen strawberries
  • 2 dl (1 cup) of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of raw almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
  • Just put it all in your blender.
