Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 C) and lightly grease two donut pans*. To a small mixing bowl, add aquafaba and use a mixer (or whisk) to vigorously blend until soft peaks form - about 1-2 minutes
1/2 cup (120 ml) agave nectar or maple syrup (or honey if not vegan). Add dates to a food processor and blend until small bits remain and it forms into a ball
Put all crust ingredients in to a food processor and pulse until you have a small crumb. Use your hands and the back of a spoon to press the crust mixture evenly into a tin
