Ingredienser

  • • 6 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • • 18 tablespoons of water
  • • 3 dl of buckwheat flour
  • • 2 tablespoons of fiber husk
  • • 2 dl of plant based milk of choice
  • • Salt & paprika powder

Beskrivning

    1. Mix water, chia seeds & a ? of fiber husk (this will be the chia eggs)
    2. Mix fiber husk, buckwheat flour, salt & pepper in another bowl. Add the milk.
    3. Add everything to one bowl and blend it until you have a smooth (it’ll be rather sticky) ”dough”.
    4. Place the dough on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Work the dough out evenly on the tray, like a pizza dough :) If it’s too sticky, you just add more water to your fingers and you’ll be all good)!
    • Place in oven on 225 C for 15 minutes or until crisp! Blir så fantastiskt jävla gott?
