  • 4 cups water for soaking
  • 1/3 cup rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • juice from 1 small organic lemon
  • 1 small garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt (more to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  • water to adjust consistency to your liking
  • chopped fresh parsley for garnish
