  • 1 Chocolate Buttercream Icing (or)
  • 12 pkgs. Light Cocoa Candy Melts® Candy
  • 1 cherry pie filling
  • 1 Tip: 21
  • 1 Parchment Triangles
  • 19 x 2 3/4 in. Heart Springform Pan
  • 1 Cookie Sheet
  • 1 Waxed paperStep 1 In advance: Make 30 candy "C" pieces. Place pattern on cookie sheet and cover with waxed paper. Outline pattern using melted candy in cut parchment bag; refrigerate until firm. Carefully peel candy off waxed paper and turn over; outline back of "C"; refrigerate until firm. Make extras to allow for breakage. Step 2 Bake and cool cheesecake. Pipe tip 21 shell bottom border. On top of heart, pipe tip 21 shells in a heart shape, 1 1/4 in. from top edge. Fill inside shell heart with cherry filling. Position "C" candies around cake.
