Om någon, mot all förmodan och dennes bättre vetande, skulle be mig om ett liknande råd så skulle det bli "You can never have too many recipes with chocolate, peppermint or on carrot cake"
A very filling and delicious cake to serve with coffee / tea. Let the cake cool. But the frosting could be saved by adding in a dash of hot coffee (another hot liquid can be used) and mixing it with a hand blender
