Today I want to share with you a recipe for gluten-free chanterelle toast. Me and my boyfriend are planning on going to Gothenburg in October to visit his family living just outside the city
" Think outside the box ". En sats ger 2 gigantiska kanelbullar totalt 16-18 bitar eller 18- 20 bullar. 10-12 dl mjöl ( använder Manitoba Cream som "har unika jästkrafter och ger saftiga och luftiga bröd"). 1,5 -2 dl brunt socker. Jäs under en kökshandduk på en varm och dragfri plats för ca 30-35 minuter, till dubbelstorlek. Pensla ev med uppvispad ägg ( har använd endast äggvita ) och grädda i mitten av ugnen för ca 35-40 minuter beroende på ugn. Eller så kan du vänta ett par minuter, 5-6 minuter, tills dem har svalnat lite innan du brer på. 1 ägg 10-12 dl mjöl ( använder Manitoba Cream som "har unika jästkrafter och ger saftiga och luftiga bröd"). 1,5 -2 dl brunt socker
