Ingredienser

  • 1 helt hackat äpple
  • 1 1/2 dl müsli
  • 1/2 dl mandelsmör
  • 1-2 msk stevia strö
  • 1/2 dl smält kokosolja
  • 1 msk kanel
  • 1 tsk kardemumma
  • 200 grader
  • 12-15 min
  • 1 whole apple cut into tiny slices
  • 1/2 + 1/4th cup muesli / granola (choose any kind, there are some healthy varieties out there!)
  • 1/4 th cup almond butter
  • 1-2 msk granulated stevia
  • 1/4 th cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • Top with extra granulated stevia & salt **
