Ingredienser

  • 4 kg dumbell weights in each hand. After that i did 80 squats with 15 kgs on my shoulders. Did some reps on the few machines that they have here and then i decided to do some ab training. So i did 100 situps with my legs up in a 90degrees angle. I also did 100 leglifts and some other ab exercises that i dont know what they are called. Finished off with crosstrainer, a run on the treadmill and last but not least a powerwalk!
