  • 2 dl of cashew nuts and
  • 1 dl of almonds in water for about
  • 8 hours Peel the almonds for a white yoghurt. Mix the nuts with 4 dates, 1tsp organic vanilla powder, squeezed lemon, 2dl of water and a pinch of sea salt. Leave in the fridge over night.
