Mussels In Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce
Add oil in a skillet/pot. Mix in the lemon juice. Let the mussels cook for a few minutes. Saute the onion for 2 minutes. Add the chicken stock and simmer for about 5 minutes. 1 tbsp oil. 1 onion, cubed. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup chicken stock. 1 cup whipping cream. 1 lemon, zested and juiced
