Ingredienser

  • 4 ears of corn, shucked
  • 1 ⅓ cup cashew sour cream
  • 1 ⅓ cup vegan-friendly mayonnaise
  • 12 cloves garlic, minced
  • 11 tsp chili powder or paprika powder
  • 11 tbsp finely minced cilantro
  • 11 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1½ cup of crumbled vegan feta
  • 1¼ tsp of sea salt
  • 1 Lime wedges for garnishPreheat oven to 400F.
  • 1 Place corn directly onto the rack of your oven and roast for 20 mins.
  • 1 Cook the corn on the grill until it is cooked through and has light charring.
  • 1 Spread the mixture all over the cooked corn and garnish with vegan cheese of choice, sprinkling of chili powder, cilantro, and lime wedges.
