Fry the red onion and curry in coconut oil for a minute. When I use spices with a lot of taste, I think it is good to also use coconut milk that takes the top of the heat
A tasty sauce with heat from curry. This sauce is good to eat with rice. Heat a saucepan with oil. 1 small red onion, chopped. 3 dl cooked green lentils. 3 frozen spinach cubes. Cook the onion and spices for 30 seconds, then add tomatoes, lentils and spinach and let simmer for 10 minutes. 1 small red onion. 3 frozen spinach
The first time using one of the pots I made this delicious soup of vegetables, beans and noodles. I have renewed my pots and the choice fell on these from Mulex with a fine pastel color
