Ingredienser

  • 2 dl urkärnade mjuka dadlar
  • 1,5 dl pumpafrön
  • 1,5 dl solrosfrön
  • 1-2 msk kallpressad kokosolja
  • 1 tsk raw vaniljpulver
  • några stänk citron.
  • knivsudd Himalayasalt.
  • 1 rå rödbeta (mixad)
  • 1 msk gojibärextrakt (man kan ha i 1/5 dl torkade gojibär)
  • 1 msk hampa-protein med Acai
  • 2 tsk Multi Greens (Bio
  • Life)
  • 1 tsk cayennepeppar
  • 1 msk chiafrön
  • 2 dl pitted soft dates
  • 1.5 cups pumpkin seeds
  • 1.5 cups of sunflower seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp cold-pressed coconut oil
  • 1 tsk raw vanilla powder
  • a few dashes of lemon.
