  • 2 dl Havremjöl (du kan mixa havregryn till mjöl)
  • 2 dl Majsmjöl
  • 1 dl Polenta
  • 1 tsk Paprikapulver
  • 1 tsk Himalayasalt eller vanligt salt
  • 1 tsk Kummin, hel (ej spiskummin)
  • 1 tsk Torkad timjan
  • 1 msk Fiberhusk
  • 1 tsk Bakpulver
  • 1 tsk Agavesirap
  • 1½ dl Vatten
  • 1 dl Kallpressad rapsolja eller olivolja
  • 100 g Tofu
  • 1 krm salt
  • 1 krm Örtagård Santa Maria
  • 4 st Soltorkade tomater, marinerade
  • 1 msk Solroskärnor
  • 2 tsk Kallpressad rapsolja eller olivolja
  • 2 dl (4/5 cup) Oat flour (you can mix oats into flour)
  • 2 dl(4/5 cup) Corn flour
  • 1 dl (2/5 cup) Corn meal
  • 1 tsp Paprika spice
  • 1 tsp Himalayan salt or salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin, whole
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp Whole Psyllium husk
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Agave syrup
  • 1½ dl (3/5 cup) Water
  • 1 dl (2/5 cup) Cold-pressed canola oil or olive oil

  • Tofu Spread
  • 100 g Tofu
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch Herb Garden Santa Maria
  • 4 sundried tomatoes, marinated
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tsp cold-pressed canola oil or olive oil

  • Instructions
  • 1. Mix all ingredients into a smooth paste in a food processor.
