  • One deep fried in batter and the other rolled in wholemeal or rye flour and fried in rapeseed oil until crisp.
  • Sprat 16-20 pcs / person
  • BATTER
  • 2 dl (4 cups) wheat flour
  • 1 dl (2 cups) potato starch
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2.2 dl (4.4 cups) ice cold water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • oil for frying
