Det funkar i tex mex köket (pulled pork), det funkar i det asiatiska köket ( med chili och ingefära), det funkar i det japanska köket (med soja och risvinäger) och det funkar i det nordiska köket ( senap, grädde, löööök) och det funkar i det franska köket (svarta vinbär ala porc au cassis eller fast konjaks-pepparsås), det tyska köket (snitzel) osv
What ruined the experience, and which surprises at a star restaurant, is that the salad is naturally tough but we had a dull knife that could not split the salad and the dull knife pulled and riped to the rough surface on the plate and it really feels not good at all
