One tip is that when you have boil the pasta and pour off most of the water so I usually let the strainer with pasta hanging over the pan I cooked pasta in, pouring down the pasta and some of the liquid in the pan where you have your fried food and stir everything so it mixes then it becomes a little more like a sauce (water acts as a thickening as it´s starch in the water from the pasta) and the pasta absorbs all the flavors from the pan like a sponge
