I settled for just the meat in the bread, It’s not as dry as it might sound. Served them in hamburger buns, my fiance used pretty much everything he could find in the fridge to add on (cheese, hamburger sauce, etc)
They aren't as firm as meat burgers, but will definitely hold their shape. Remove burgers from heat to let cool slightly, and prepare any other toppings/sides at this time (such as grilling/toasting your buns)
Yes, the others got meat (spicy farm pork) but the same potatoe and salad as I got. This day was Swedish Cinnamon Bun Day so the lady of the house had baked some nice buns, bread and yummy biscotti as well
