A creamy sauce with a lot of vegetables and good taste of coconut milk and red curry paste. 2 dl red lentils. Heat a saucepan with oil and add vegetables, garlic and spinach, fry for 5 minutes. Add lentils and broth and let simmer for 15-20 minutes. 2 dl red lentils

My recipe is just on the verge of hot, but this is how I like my spicy sauces. If you want the sauce hotter add more of teh chili and you may well increase in the other spices too
