The first time using one of the pots I made this delicious soup of vegetables, beans and noodles. Mix in beans, broccoli, peppers, corn, peas, broth and simmer until the broccoli is soft
And for this blog post, I made a vegetarian version using white beans and chickpeas. If you have picky kids, try to make the sauce as “basic” as possible and serve the beans, chicken or whatever protein you use in bowls on the side for everyone to choose for themselves
