Sweet Potato Cake with Brown Sugar Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting and Toasted Marshmallows Filling (Galet God Sötpotatis Tårta)

Ingredienser

  • 400 g sötpotatis
  • 200 g strösocker (ca 2 dl)
  • 2 stora ägg
  • 150 ml solrosolja
  • 120 g vetemjöl (2 dl)
  • 4 g bakpulver (1 tsk)
  • 3 g salt (½ tsk)
  • 1 tsk mald kanel
  • ½ tsk mald muskot
  • 1/4 tsk mald ingefära
  • 1 krm malda nejlikor
  • 1 msk mörk rom
  • 1½ tsk vanilj extrakt
  • 50 g rostade pecannötter, grovt hackade
  • 300 g cream cheese (jag använder alltid philadelphia orginal)
  • 200 ml vispgrädde
  • 1 nypa bakpulver
  • 60 g florsocker (1 dl) (eller samma mängd marshmallow fluff)
  • 1 tsk vaniljextrakt
  • 2½ dl mini marshmallows
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 100 g ljust muscovado socker (ca 1 dl)
  • ½ tsk vanijextrakt
  • 120 ml vispgrädde
  • 1 nypa bakpulver
  • mald kanel, efter smak
  • about 400 g sweet potato
  • 1 cup castersugar (200 g)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 150 ml sunflower oil
  • 1 cup plain flour (120 g)
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmed
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 pinch of ground cloves
  • 1 tbsp dark rum
  • 1½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 50 g toasted pecans, coarsly chopped
  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 200 ml heavy or whipping cream
  • 1 pinch og baking powder
  • 60 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • ½ cup light brown sugar (100 g)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup vispgrädde (120 ml)
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • ground cinnamon to taste
